L’Arpeggiata
L’Arpeggiata is one of the top ensembles in Medieval, Renaissance and Baroque ensembles. These amazing artists dedicated their life to bring back Early European music.
Their conductor and director is formidable Christina Pluhar (Austrian theorbist, harpist, also proficient in baroque harp and baroque guitar)
I was lucky to catch them in 2010 in Amsterdam, featuring countertenor Philippe Jaroussky and soprano Nuria Rial. A fabulous experience.
